摘要 本文概述了XMQ6115碳纤维复合材料纯电动客车研究背景,详细阐述了其车身的设计思路、连接结构及拼装工艺,并对该车型进行台架试验。试验与应用表明,所选材料在实现降本增效的同时,能够满足纯电动客车的使用要求,具备良好的推广应用前景。 This paper outlines the research background of the XMQ6115 carbon fiber composite pure electric bus,elaborates on the innovative design approach,connection structure,and assembly process of its body,and validates the design through bench testing.The test and application results demonstrate that this design solution achieves the goals of cost reduction and efficiency improvement while meeting the operational requirements of the pure electric bus,exhibiting strong potential for broader adoption.
