轻简式油茶果采摘机机架有限元分析

摘要 为满足油茶果振动采摘作业对机架刚度和强度的要求,利用仿真软件对机架虚拟样机进行静力分析和模态分析。在满足机架使用要求的前提下,得到机架的固有频率,避免振动采收作业产生共振现象。研究结果表明,机架最大应力为43.172 MPa,最大应变为2.36e-4,最大变形量为0.074 mm,机架强度满足要求。机架最低固有频率为133.96 Hz,大于振动采摘作业最大频率40 Hz,采摘作业时机架与振动头组件不会发生共振现象。可为轻简式油茶果采摘机机架的设计提供参考。 In order to meet the requirements for stiffness and strength of the frame in camellia oleifera fruit vibratory picking operations,simulation software was used to conduct static analysis and modal analysis on the virtual prototype of the frame.On the premise of satisfying the operational requirements of the frame,the natural frequency of the frame was obtained to avoid resonance caused by vibratory picking operations.The research results show that the maximum stress of the frame is 43.172 MPa,the maximum strain is 2.36×10^(-4),and the maximum deformation is 0.074 mm,indicating that the frame strength meets the requirements.The minimum natural frequency of the frame is 133.96 Hz,which is higher than the maximum frequency of 40 Hz for vibratory picking operations.Therefore,resonance will not occur between the frame and the vibratory head assembly during picking operations.This study provides a reference for the design of the frame of lightweight and simplified camellia oleifera fruit picking machines.
