固体姿轨控发动机燃气阀流量匹配设计方法

摘要 固体姿轨控发动机燃气阀开度-流量曲线按需设计是提升推力控制精度和燃气阀工作性能的重要环节。为使燃气阀流量曲线满足设计要求,提出了一种基于递推匹配的喉栓型面设计方法,以满足燃气阀开度-流量匹配需求。首先计算燃气阀关闭时喉栓型面与喷管型面的切点位置,并将其作为喉栓型面计算的初始位置;然后根据所需开度-流量曲线,将喉栓型面局部线性展开,基于二分法递推计算型面坐标,最终生成完整的喉栓型面。结果表明,相较于型面参数优化方法,上述方法无需预先设定喉栓型面参数,在提升匹配精度的同时可快速得到所需型面曲线,实现了从流量需求到喉栓型面的正向设计。 The gas valve opening-flow curve design of solid rocket divert and attitude control motor is an important part of improving thrust precision control and working performance of the gas valve.To design a valve opening-flow curve that meets practical requirements,a method for designing pintle profile based on recursive matching was proposed.Initially,when the gas valve was closed,the tangent point between pintle and nozzle was calculated as the initial position.Subsequently,according to the required opening-flow curve,the throat pintle surface was locally linearly expanded,and the coordinates of the pintle profile were recursively calculated based on the dichotomy,and the complete profile of pintle was finally generated.Compared with optimization design algorithms,the above method does not need to preset the pintle parameters,and can quickly obtain the required pintle profile while improving the matching accuracy,thereby realizing a streamlined forward design process.
