摘要
在全球经济秩序调整、全球价值链(GVC)重构区域化的背景下,聚焦GVC重构区域化趋势对中国制造业分布格局的影响,通过构建GVC重构的产业均衡模型,阐释其内在作用机制,并以2003—2020年47个经济体为研究样本,利用OECD-ICIO数据库(2023)相关数据实证检验其影响效应。研究发现:GVC重构区域化趋势显著影响中国制造业空间分布格局,通过产业地理集中、价值链条转移和供应链重组等空间效应,推动其从“全球分散”向“区域集聚”转型。这种影响存在明显的区域异质性,RCEP区域逐渐成为中国制造业国外附加值首要来源,“一带一路”区域和欧洲区域为重要支撑,北美区域因战略收缩影响最小。因此,提出深化RCEP区域协同合作、实施差异化区域布局策略、强化产业地理集中引导等政策建议。
Under the background of the adjustment of the global economic order and the regionalization of the global value chain(GVC)reconstruction,this paper focuses on the impact of the regionalization trend of GVC reconstruc⁃tion on the distribution pattern of China’s manufacturing industry.By constructing an industrial equilibrium model of GVC reconstruction,this paper explains its internal mechanism of action and empirically tests its impact using data from 47 economies from 2003 to 2020 in the OECD-ICIO database(2023).The research findings show that the regionalization trend of GVC reconstruction significantly influences the spatial distribution pattern of China’s manufacturing industry,promoting its transformation from“global dispersion”to“regional agglomeration”through spatial effects such as industrial geographic concentration,value chain transfer,and supply chain restructuring.There is obvious regional heterogeneity in this kind of impact.The RCEP region has gradually become the primary source of foreign value added of China’s manufacturing industry,with the regions along the Belt and Road and the European region as the important supports,and the North American region has the least impact due to the strategic contraction.Therefore,we propose the following policy recommendations:deepening regional coordination and co⁃operation within the RCEP,implementing a differentiated regional layout strategy,and strengthening the guidance on industrial geographical concentration.
