摘要
本文针对内河限制性航道重点航段水下地形测量与养护数据发布应用进行深入研究。针对航道养护尺度数据采集频率低、时效性差、不具备动态发布条件等问题,以湖州航道为例,针对内河限制性航道不同特点,针对性提出的水下地形测量和数据发布方案。实现航道养护由原来的“固定化、粗精度”管理转变为“动态式、高精度”服务。
This paper conducts in-depth research on the application of underwater topographic survey and maintenance data release for key sections of inland restricted waterways.Aiming at the problems of low data collection frequency,poor timeliness,and lack of dynamic release conditions for waterway maintenance-scale data,taking Huzhou Waterway as an example,this paper proposes targeted underwater topographic survey and data release schemes according to the different characteristics of inland restricted waterways.These schemes realize the transformation of waterway maintenance management from the original"fixed and low-precision"mode to a"dynamic and high-precision"service mode..
