智能化架桥机应力状态监测系统

Intelligent Stress Monitoring System for Bridge Erecting Machines

摘要 针对架桥机主要采用传统人工定期检测,不能对设备进行实时监测、检测效率低、人工成本高等问题,采用焊接式应变计对架桥机进行强度检测,结合有限元和实际工况的受力分析,确定6个应变监测点的位置分布。同时,设计具有通讯可靠、传输距离远等特点的数据采集系统,实现对架桥机工作状态的全面监控。该系统将采集到的压力数据实时传输至中央处理单元进行分析处理,以便及时发现潜在的安全隐患和故障风险,有助于提高铁路建设的安全性和效率。将系统应用于现场测试,验证了其可行性。 Conventional stress inspection of bridge erecting machines primarily relies on manual periodic assessments,which lacks real—time monitoring capabilities,exhibits low efficiency,and incur high labor costs.To address these limitations,this study develops an intelligent stress monitoring system utilizing welded strain gauges.Through finite element analysis combined with actual working condition assessment,the optimal distribution of six strain monitoring points was determined.A data acquisition system characterized by reliable communication and long transmission distance was designed to enable comprehensive monitoring of the bridge erector's working status.The system transmits collected stress data in real—time to a central processing unit for analysis and processing,facilitating the timely identification of potential safety hazards and failure risks.Field application of the system has verified its feasibility,demonstrating its potential to enhance safety and efficiency in railway construction.
