摘要
人工智能技术在教育领域的深度渗透,不断催生高校教师的角色定位、教学能力需求发生显著变革,传统职后培训课程体系已难以适应智能时代教育发展要求。基于教师专业发展理论、技术接受模型等理论基础,结合人工智能时代的教育特征,分析当前高校青年教师职后培训课程的现状与现实需求,提出“目标协同—内容模块化—模式智能化”的一体化改革路径,并从制度、资源、队伍三方面构建保障机制,旨在为提升高校教师智能素养与教学创新能力、推动高等教育数字化转型提供理论参考与实践指引。
With the deep integration of artificial intelligence(AI)technology into the educational field,the role positioning and teaching competency requirements of university faculty are undergoing significant transformations.However,traditional in-service training curriculum systems have increasingly struggled to meet the developmental demands of education in the intelligent era.Based on theories such as teacher professional development theory and the technology acceptance model,and considering the characteristics of education in the AI era,this study analyzes the current status and practical needs of in-service training courses for young faculty in universities.It proposes an integrated reform path characterized by“objective coordination,modular content,and intelligent modes,”and constructs a safeguard mechanism addressing three aspects of institution,resource and team.The aim is to provide theoretical references and practical guidance for enhancing the AI literacy and teaching innovation capabilities of university faculty,as well as for advancing the digital transformation of higher education.
