三维激光扫描技术在水工隧洞变形监测中的应用

摘要 为探讨三维激光扫描技术在水工隧洞变形监测中的应用,解决传统监测方法在复杂三维空间中的局限性,提升监测精度和效率,以浙江省缙云县潜明水库引水工程黄坛隧洞为研究对象,采用三维激光扫描技术采集多期高精度点云数据,通过构建切面中心点并进行中心线对比分析,系统研究隧洞的变形特征。结果表明:两处切面位置的几何中心在水平和垂直方向上相对变化量的绝对值均不超过1 mm,各期隧洞中心线与第一期中心线在各方向上的偏角绝对值均控制在10 arcsec以内,对应的位移偏差不超过1 mm。三维激光扫描技术能够实现大范围、高精度的隧洞变形监测,有效克服了传统方法的局限性,为水工隧洞变形监测提供技术支撑。 In order to explore the application of 3D laser scanning technology in deformation monitoring of hydraulic tunnels,overcome the limitations of traditional methods in complex 3D spaces and improve monitoring accuracy and efficiency,this study took the Huangtan Tunnel of Qianming Reservoir Diversion Project in Jinyun County,Zhejiang Province as the research object.High-precision point cloud data from multiple periods were collected using 3D laser scanning technology.By analyzing cross-sectional center points and center lines,the tunnel′s deformation characteristics were studied.Results showed that the absolute values of relative changes in the geometric centers of the two cross-sections in the horizontal and vertical directions did not exceed 1 mm;the absolute values of angular deviations between the tunnel center lines in each period and those in the first period were controlled within 10 arcsec,with corresponding displacement deviations of no more than 1 mm.This demonstrated that 3D laser scanning technology could provide large-scale,high-precision deformation monitoring for hydraulic tunnels,effectively overcoming the limitations of traditional methods and providing technical support for deformation monitoring of hydraulic tunnels.
