数字经济与高等教育质量耦合协调发展研究

The coupling and coordinated development between the digital economy and higher education quality

摘要 基于2013—2021年中国31个省份面板数据,综合运用耦合协调度模型、空间相关性分析以及固定效应回归等方法,分析数字经济与高等教育质量的协调发展。研究表明:我国数字经济发展水平和高等教育质量综合评价指数从时间序列视角上均稳步上升,但区域差异显著,北京、广东、江苏曾达良好协调,现仅北京、广东保持高水平;中部地区,特别是湖北,耦合协调度大幅提升;西部地区虽有所提升,但仍处于低协调水平。截面数据显示,全国耦合协调度整体提高,东部省份表现优异,中部以湖北为代表达中度协调,西部则整体滞后,但四川、陕西表现突出,接近东部水平。空间分析显示,多数省份存在正相关与集聚性,东部省份高协调集聚,西部低协调集聚,中部则相对分散。教育科技应用与政府支持对协调发展有显著正面影响,校企交流作用有限;高级人才占比的地区差异对协调发展影响显著,启示政策制定需考虑地区特性。 Based on the panel data of 31 provinces in China from 2013 to 2021,this work comprehensively used the coupling coordination degree model,spatial correlation analysis,and fixed-effect regression methods to analyze the coordinated development of the digital economy and the quality of higher education.Research shows that the comprehensive evaluation index of China’s digital economy development level and higher education quality has steadily increased from a time series perspective,but there are significant regional differences.Beijing,Guangdong,and Jiangsu once achieved good coordination,but now only Beijing and Guangdong maintain a high level;The coupling coordination degree of the central region,especially Hubei,has been greatly improved;Although the western region has made some progress,it is still at a low level of coordination.The cross-sectional data shows that the overall coupling coordination degree has improved nationwide,with eastern provinces performing well,central provinces represented by Hubei reaching moderate coordination,and western provinces lagging behind overall.However,Sichuan and Shanxi have performed well,approaching the level of the eastern provinces.Spatial analysis shows that there is a positive correlation and agglomeration in most provinces,with high coordination and agglomeration in the eastern provinces,low coordination and agglomeration in the western provinces,and relatively dispersed in the central provinces.The application of educational technology and government support have a significant positive impact on coordinated development,while the role of school-enterprise exchanges is limited;The regional differences in the proportion of high-level talents have a significant impact on coordinated development,which suggests that policy formulation needs to consider regional characteristics.
