高速铁路智能化制梁场建造和运行研究与应用

摘要 随着“交通强国”战略推进,铁路梁场智能化建造已成为工程品质提升的关键。结合新建成渝中线高铁智能梁场项目,系统阐述了智能化建造技术的落地应用,以梁场智能集控平台为中心,从箱梁预制各个关键环节入手,创新引进各类先进、成熟的工艺工装,提高各个工序作业效率,保证工序施工质量,并同步实现少人化作业。同时构建梁场智能管控体系,实现对箱梁预制施工“人员、设备、物料、工艺、环境”全过程的智能化管控。该实践可为其他项目箱梁预制场智能建造提供借鉴。 With the advancement of the"Transportation Power"strategy,the intelligent construction of railway beam yards has become crucial for improving engineering quality.This paper systematically elaborates on the practical application of intelligent construction technology in the newly completed Chengdu-Chongqing Middle Line High-speed Railway Intelligent Beam Yard project.Centered around the intelligent centralized control platform of the beam yard,it focuses on various key aspects of box girder prefabrication.By innovatively introducing advanced and mature processes and equipment,it enhances the efficiency of each process and ensures the quality of process construction,while simultaneously achieving reduced labor operations.Additionally,it establishes an intelligent management and control system for the beam yard,enabling intelligent management and control over the entire process of box girder prefabrication,including"personnel,equipment,materials,processes,and environment."This practice can serve as a reference for intelligent construction in box girder prefabrication yards of other projects.
