摘要
目的探讨芪参益气滴丸辅助治疗对冠心病心力衰竭患者心肌酶谱和血管内皮功能的影响。方法2022年1月至2023年10月在郑州人民医院治疗的冠心病心力衰竭患者78例,随机分为观察组(39例)和对照组(39例),两组患者按照指南要求接受西药口服治疗,观察组患者在此基础上接受芪参益气滴丸治疗,4周为1个疗程,连用3个疗程。治疗12周后,对两组中医证候评分和不良反应进行比较,并评价肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、谷草转氨酶(AST)等心肌酶谱以及内皮素-1(ET-1)、前列环素(PGI2)、一氧化氮(NO)等血管内皮功能指标。结果两组治疗后中医证候得分均降低,且观察组更低(P<0.05)。两组治疗后心肌酶谱和血管内皮功能均有改善,且观察组CK、LDH、AST和ET-1更低,PGI2和NO更高(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论芪参益气滴丸辅助治疗可改善冠心病心力衰竭患者心肌酶谱和血管内皮功能,减轻中医证候评分,且临床治疗的安全性较高。
Objective To explore the effects of Qishenyiqi dropping pills on myocardial enzyme profile and vascular endothelial function in patients with coronary heart failure.Methods A total of 78 patients with coronary heart failure treated in Zhengzhou People’s Hospital from January 2022 to October 2023 were selected,and randomly divided into observation group(39 cases)and control group(39 cases).Patients in both groups were given oral Western medicine treatment according to the guidelines.Patients in the observation group were given Qishenyiqi dropping pills on the basis,4 weeks as a course,for 3 courses.After 12 weeks of treatment,TCM symptom scores and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups,and myocardial enzyme profiles of creatine kinase(CK),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),aspartate aminotransferas(AST)and vascular endothelial function indexes of endothelin-1(ET-1),prostacycline(PGI2)and nitric oxide(NO)were evaluated.Results After treatment,TCM symptom scores in both groups were reduced,and the scores in observation group were lower(P<0.05).After treatment,myocardial enzyme profiles and vascular endothelial function indexes in both groups were improved,and levels of CK,LDH,AST and ET-1 in observation group were lower than the control group,while levels of PGI2 and NO were higher(P<0.05).There was no difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Qishenyiqi dropping pills combined with western medicine could improve myocardial enzyme profile and vascular endothelial function in patients with coronary heart failure,reduce TCM syndrome scores,and have high clinical safety.
