摘要
针对浙江夏季高温下粮仓温控难题,探讨了辐射制冷涂料在绿色储粮中的应用。通过在0P07号仓(试验仓)仓墙外表面、屋顶、粮仓风道口以及粮仓配套电力控制柜表面喷涂辐射制冷涂料,并与0P04号仓(对照仓)进行温度和能耗对比,结果显示辐射制冷涂料可有效降低粮仓内外温度,0P07号仓外墙表面温度最高降低12℃,仓内大米堆最大降温4.7℃,风道口处降温最大达17℃,同时显著减少了空调能耗(约25%)。辐射制冷涂料为粮食低温储存提供了一种节能环保的新方案,具有良好的推广前景。
In response to the challenge of temperature control in granaries in Zhejiang during the hot summer,the application of radiative cooling coatings in green grain storage is explored.Radiative cooling coatings were applied to the exterior walls,roof,aeration duct openings,and surfaces of power control cabinets of the 0P07 silo(the test granary)and compared with the 0P04 silo(the control granary)in terms of temperature and energy consumption.The results showed that the radiative cooling coating can effectively reduce the temperature inside and outside the granary.The highest temperature reduction of the outer wall surface of granary 0P07 reached 12℃,the maximum temperature reduction of the rice pile inside the granary was 4.7℃,and the maximum temperature reduction at the air duct was 17℃.Meanwhile,it significantly reduced the energy consumption of air conditioners(by about 25%).The radiative cooling coating provides a new energy-saving and environmentally friendly solution for low-temperature grain storage,and it has good prospects for promotion.
