FATmax运动对男性老年肥胖者体成分、心血管功能及骨密度的影响

摘要 探讨FATmax运动对男性老年肥胖者体成分、心血管功能及骨密度的影响.选取37名60~69岁男性老年肥胖者为研究对象,经过18周的FATmax运动干预后,男性老年肥胖者的腹部脂肪百分比、臀围、HR、ET、SBP、T值水平显著降低,体重、腰围、BMI、体脂百分比、腰臀比、内脏脂肪等级和TPR水平非常显著降低;EF,FEK,BMD,BUA,QUI和SOS水平显著升高,EF,SV,CO,EDD,EDV,MSER,MVCF和AC水平非常显著升高.经过18周规律性FATmax运动干预后,男性老年肥胖者的体成分、心血管功能及骨密度有显著的改善. To evaluate the effects of exercise training at the maximal fat oxidation(FATmax)intensity on body composition,cardiovascular function,and bone Density in the Obese Elderly Men.Thirty-seven obese men aged 60~69 were selected as subjects.After 18 weeks of FATmax exercise intervention,the percentage of abdominal fat,hip circumference,,ET,SBP,and T value levels of the elderly obese men were significantly reduced,and the weight,waist circumference,BMI,percentage of body fat,waistto-hip ratio,visceral fat grade,and TPR levels were significantly reduced;EF,FEK,BMD,BUA,QUI,and SOS levels significantly increased,and EF,SV,CO,EDD,EDV,MSER,MVCF,and AC levels were significantly increased.After 18 weeks of FATmax exercise intervention,the body composition,cardiovascular function,and bone mineral density of the elderly obese men were significantly improved.
