摘要
光纤耦合激光二极管输出光束强度空间分布模型对全固态激光器研究至关重要,包括激光谐振腔设计、激光介质热效应、激光转换效率、激光输出功率等关键性能及指标的理论模拟。侧重于不同的物理实际,光纤耦合激光二极管光束模型不尽相同。以激光二极管光纤耦合技术成熟后全固态激光器的发展历程为主线,对其光束强度分布模型的发展变化做了细致的分析比较,包括模型提出依据、模型准确性、适用范围等做了相对全面的论述,尤其是对近年来提出的超高斯光束模型的发展趋势做了展望。
The beam intensity distribution model of a fiber-coupled laser diode has played a very important role for the investigation of an all-solid-state laser,including resonator design,thermal effects of laser material,laser conversion efficiency,laser output power and so on.The beam intensity distribution models are different based on different physical processes.In this paper,the developments of the models have been analyzed in detail with reference to the history of the fiber-coupled laser diode pumped all-solid-state laser,including the suggestions,accuracy and application.Especially,the future trends for the super-Gaussian beam model developed in recent years have been discussed.
