摘要
完善社区养老服务对构建健康老龄化社会具有重要意义。研究利用2018和2020年中国老年社会追踪调查(CLASS)数据,采用Ologit模型考察社区养老服务与农村老人社会认同感之间的关系。研究发现,养老服务项目并未整体促进社会认同感,养老服务设施的完善具有显著正向作用。异质性分析显示,养老服务项目可提升初中及以上学历与独居老人的社会认同感,而养老服务设施对学历差异不敏感,但对非独居老人促进效果更为明显。调节效应分析表明,子女代际经济支持能显著缓解养老服务项目的负向影响。机制检验结果表明,养老服务设施通过促进社区参与增强了农村老人的社会认同感。未来应从养老服务项目的正向引导、养老服务设施功能的提升、养老服务供给与需求匹配等方面提升农村老人的社会认同感,实现养老服务的高质量发展。
Improving community elderly care services is of great significance for building a healthy aging society.Using data from the 2018 and 2020 waves of the China Longitudinal Aging Social Survey(CLASS),this study employs an Ologit model to examine the relationship between community elderly care services and the social identity of rural older adults.The findings indicate that elderly care service programs do not generally enhance social identity,whereas the improvement of elderly care service facilities exerts a significant positive effect.Heterogeneity analysis reveals that elderly care service programs can strengthen social identity among rural older adults with junior high school education or above,as well as those living alone,while elderly care service facilities are insensitive to educational differences but exert stronger effects on older adults not living alone.The moderating effect analysis shows that intergenerational economic support from children significantly alleviates the negative impact of elderly care service programs.Mechanism testing further demonstrates that elderly care service facilities enhance rural older adults′social identity by facilitating their participation in community activities.The study suggests that enhancing social identity among rural older adults requires positive guidance of elderly care service programs,functional improvement of elderly care service facilities,and better alignment between service supply and demand,thereby promoting the high-quality development of elderly care services.
