摘要
针对某钢厂双膛窑减速机输入轴断裂问题,基于金属材料学原理与设备运行特性开展多维度分析。通过分析确认输入轴断裂时运料小车未出现瞬时过载及异常波动,断口呈现明显的疲劳辉纹和海滩状条纹,裂纹源于表面机械损伤引发应力集中,叠加设备异常振动导致交变载荷作用,最终形成高周疲劳失效。分析结果表明,双膛窑减速机输入轴的失效过程具有典型疲劳断裂特征。针对这一问题,从结构优化、振动控制、维护策略三方面提出改进对策。
A multidimensional analysis was conducted based on the metal materials science principle and equipment operating characteristic to address the issue of input shaft fracture in a steel plant’s double chamber kiln reducer.Through analysis,it was confirmed that the material transport cart did not experience instantaneous overload or abnormal fluctuation when the input shaft broke.The fracture surface showed obvious fatigue striation and beach like stripe.The crack occurred due to stress concentration caused by surface mechanical damage,combined with abnormal equipment vibration causing alternating load,ultimately resulting in high cycle fatigue failure.The analysis result indicates that the failure process of input shaft of double chamber kiln reducer has typical fatigue fracture characteristic.To address this issue,improvement measures were proposed from three aspects such as structural optimization,vibration control,and maintenance strategy.
