球阀球体多工位连续精密加工装置

摘要 针对球阀球体在传统离散加工模式中存在的效率低、一致性差、自动化程度不高等问题,设计球阀球体多工位连续精密加工装置。介绍了装置结构,试制样机进行了加工试验分析。结果表明,相较于传统离散加工模式,球阀球体多工位连续精密加工装置可以将单个球阀球体的加工节拍缩短32.5%,保持球阀球体圆度误差小于8μm,并且将表面粗糙度Ra稳定在约0.18μm。球阀球体多工位连续精密加工装置为球阀球体高效率、高一致性连续精密加工提供了有效设备,具有实用价值。 A multi-station continuous precision machining device for ball valve sphere was designed to address the problems of low efficiency,poor consistency,and low automation in the traditional discrete machining mode.The structure of multi-station continuous precision machining device was introduced,and the processing test analysis was conducted on the prototype.The result shows that compared with the traditional discrete machining mode,the multi-station continuous precision machining device for ball valve sphere can shorten the machining cycle of single ball valve sphere by 32.5%,maintain the roundness error of ball valve sphere less than 8μm,and stabilize the surface roughness Ra at about 0.18μm.The multi-station continuous precision machining device for ball valve sphere provides effective equipment for high-efficiency and high consistency continuous precision machining of ball valve sphere,and has practical value.
