摘要
肝纤维化作为多种慢性肝病进展中的关键病理过程,其精准诊断对疾病管理具有重要作用。本文全面综述肝纤维化无创精准诊断领域的研究进展,系统阐述基础理论、多模态影像组学、液体活检技术、人工智能决策支持系统等关键技术的应用,深入探讨临床转化所面临的挑战及争议,并展望未来新兴技术的发展方向。通过整合多领域研究成果,旨在为肝纤维化无创精准诊断的进一步发展提供全面的理论依据与实践参考。
Hepatic fibrosis as a key pathological process in progression of various chronic liver diseases,its accurate diagnosis plays a crucial role in disease management.This article comprehensively reviews research progress in the field of non-invasive and accurate diagnosis of hepatic fibrosis,systematically expounds application of key technologies such as basic theories,multi-modal imaging omics,liquid biopsy technology,and artificial intelligence decision support system,deeply discusses challenges and controversies faced in clinical transformation,and looks forward to development direction of emerging technologies in the future.By integrating research results from multiple fields,aims to provide a comprehensive theoretical basis and practical reference for the further development of non-invasive and accurate diagnosis of hepatic fibrosis.
