摘要
目的通过Neo4j知识图谱的构建,分析中药治疗胆石症在“胆病从肝论治”下的用药规律。方法检索2000年1月1日—2025年5月1日中国知网数据库内有关中药治疗胆石症的文献,收集其中中医处方与证型数据,对中药进行性味归经、拆解功效数据统计,将所有数据进行频率、频次、加权频次统计,并对中药方与中药方、证型与中药方之间的关系进行权值、置信度、提升度的计算,利用Neo4j图数据库存储最终数据。结果共统计有效数据114条,频率≥75%的中药有金钱草、柴胡;频率≥10%的证型有肝郁气滞、肝胆湿热。导入知识图谱后,满足频率≥10%、置信度≥65%、提升度≥1、以前置词频率降序排列第一位的中药方与中药方关系是柴胡→金钱草;归经频率排序前5为脾、肝、胃、肺、胆;药性频率排序前5为寒、温、平、凉、热;药味频率前5为苦、辛、甘、咸、酸;拆解功效频率前5为止痛、解毒、清热、退黄、利湿。结论在Neo4j知识图谱赋能下,揭示了中药治疗胆石症用药规律,柴胡+金钱草、金钱草+鸡内金+柴胡+郁金的中药组合在治疗胆石症中具有较高的应用频率,并且与“胆病从肝论治”理论十分契合。该研究为中药治疗胆石症提供了理论依据,且为临床用药决策提供了参考。
Objective To analyze the medication pattern of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of gallstones under the principle of"treating gallbladder disease from the liver"through the construction of Neo4j knowledge graph.Methods Retrieve literature on the treatment of gallstones with traditional Chinese medicine from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database from January 1,2000 to May 1,2025,collect data on traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions and syndrome types,and perform statistical analysis on the efficacy data of traditional Chinese medicine in terms of properties,flavors,meridians,and decomposition.Perform frequency,frequency,and weighted frequency statistics on all data,and calculate the weights,confidence,and enhancement of the relationships between traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions and prescriptions,as well as between syndrome types and prescriptions.Use the Neo4j graph database to store the final data.Results A total of 114 valid data points were collected,and the traditional Chinese medicines with a frequency of≥75%included Jin Qian Cao,Chai Hu,Ji Nei Jin,and Yu Jin;The syndrome types with a frequency of≥10%include liver depression and qi stagnation,as well as damp heat in the liver and gallbladder.After importing the knowledge graph,the relationship between traditional Chinese medicine formulas that meet the criteria of frequency≥10%,confidence≥65%,improvement≥1,and ranked first in descending order of previously placed word frequency is Chaihu→Jinqiancao;The top 5 in terms of meridian frequency are spleen,liver,stomach,lung,and gallbladder;The top 5 in terms of frequency of medicinal properties are cold,warm,flat,cool,and hot;The top 5 medicinal flavors are bitter,spicy,sweet,salty,and sour;The top 5 efficacy frequencies for disassembly are pain relief,detoxification,heat clearing,jaundice reduction,and dampness elimination.Conclusion Empowered by the Neo4j knowledge graph,the medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine for treating gallstones have been revealed.The drug combinations of Chaihu+Jinqiancao,Jinqiancao+Jineijin+Chaihu+Yujin have a high frequency of application in the treatment of gallstones and are highly consistent with the theory of"treating gallbladder diseases from the liver".This study provides a theoretical basis for the treatment of gallstones with traditional Chinese medicine and serves as a reference for clinical medication decision-making.
