摘要
目的:探讨宫腔镜手术对子宫内膜息肉(Endometrial polyps,EPs)患者子宫内膜容受性、细胞因子水平及并发症的影响。方法:选取2023年1月至2024年12月期间于本院进行治疗的120例EPs患者作为研究对象。随机将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各60例。对照组采用传统刮宫术治疗,观察组采用宫腔镜手术治疗。分析对比两组的手术相关指标、子宫内膜容受性[子宫内膜厚度、整合素β3、白血病抑制因子的表达水平]以及并发症发生率。结果:观察组的术中操作时间、手术出血情况、术后阴道流血时间、住院时间均明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。术后3个月,两组的子宫内膜厚度、整合素β3、白血病抑制因子水平均比术前显著升高,且观察组的子宫内膜厚度、整合素β3、白血病抑制因子水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:宫腔镜手术治疗EPs,相较于传统刮宫术,不仅能有效缩短手术时间,减少术中出血及术后恢复时间,还能显著改善患者子宫内膜容受性,降低并发症发生率。
Objective:To explore the effects of hysteroscopic surgery on endometrial receptivity,cytokine levels,and complications in patients with endometrial polyps(EPs).Methods:120 patients with EPs treated in our hospital from January 2023 to December 2024 were selected as the study objects.Patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional curettage.The observation group was treated with hysteroscopic surgery.Surgery-related indexes,endometrial receptivity[endometrial thickness,integrinβ3,leukemia inhibitor expression levels]and complication rate of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results:The operation time,operation bleeding,postoperative vaginal bleeding time and hospital stay in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group(P<0.05).Three months after surgery,the endometrial thickness,integrinβ3 and leukemia inhibitor levels in both groups were significantly higher than those before surgery,and the endometrial thickness,integrinβ3 and leukemia inhibitor levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with traditional curettage,hysteroscopic surgery for EPs can not only effectively shorten the operation time,reduce intraoperative bleeding and postoperative recovery time,but also significantly improve the endometrial tolerance of patients and reduce the incidence of complications.
