摘要
目的:分析并比较治疗股骨干骨折的手术方法,髓内钉固定治疗和切开复位内固定治疗,二者的临床疗效及影响。方法:选择我科2022年2月至2024年2月期间收治的股骨干骨折的患者,共计80例作为研究对象,随机分为切开复位内固定治疗组(n=40),髓内钉固定治疗组(n=40),两组分别采用相应的手术方法,比较手术操作的时间、术中观察到的出血量和术后达到出院标准的住院时间,以及术后并发症,出院后康复治疗期间骨折愈合周数和随访1年膝关节功能恢复评分。结果:对于股骨干骨折愈合评估,用髓内钉固定治疗,手术时间更短,术中出血量更少,以及术后住院时间更短,术后并发症发生率更低,且膝关节功能恢复评分更高,骨折愈合周数更短(P<0.05)。结论:髓内钉固定比切开复位内固定治疗股骨骨折的临床效果存在明显优势,值得临床广泛采用。
Objective:To analyze and compare the clinical efficacy and influence of surgical methods,intramedullary nail fixation and open reduction and internal fixation for the treatment of femoral shaft fractures.Methods:A total of 80 patients with femoral shaft fractures admitted to our department between February 2022 and February 2024 were selected as study subjects,and randomly divided into an open reduction and internal fixation treatment group(n=40)and an intramedullary nail fixation treatment group(n=40).Each group underwent the corresponding surgical procedure.The indexes followed were compared between the two groups,including the duration of surgical manipulation,the amount of bleeding observed during surgery,the length of hospitalization required to meet discharge criteria postoperatively,postoperative complications,and the number of weeks required for fracture healing during the postoperative rehabilitation period and the knee joint function recovery score at one-year follow-up.Results:For the evaluation of femoral shaft fracture healing,the use of intramedullary nail fixation resulted in shorter operation time,less intraoperative bleeding,shorter postoperative hospital stay,lower postoperative complications,higher knee function recovery score,and shorter fracture healing weeks.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with open reduction and internal fixation,intramedullary nail fixation has obvious advantages in the treatment of femoral fracture,which is worthy of extensive clinical application.
