摘要
针对碳纤维纺丝过程中放料产生的废聚丙烯腈(PAN)溶液含有高浓度二甲基亚砜(DMSO)的问题,采用“稀释-凝固-分离”工艺回收DMSO,探讨了喷料孔规格、废PAN溶液浓度、凝固剂浓度及设备运行参数对DMSO回收率(R_(DMSO))及系统运行稳定性的影响。结果表明:选用单孔、孔径为5.2 mm的喷料孔,可防止系统管路堵塞;将废PAN溶液稀释至PAN质量分数为15%,采用DMSO质量分数为5%的水溶液作为凝固剂,控制固液分离机挤出压力0.4 MPa、离心泵转速1400 r/min,R_(DMSO)达85.5%,且回收系统运行稳定;该回收工艺可实现废PAN溶液中DMSO的高效回收与系统稳定运行,能够便于后续DMSO的纯化再利用。
In carbon fiber spinning process,the discharged waste polyacrylonitrile(PAN)solution contains a high concentration of dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO).A“dilution-coagulation-separation”process was employed to recover DMSO from the waste PAN solution.The effects of spray nozzle orifice specifications,waste PAN solution concentration,coagulant concentration,and operating parameters on the DMSO recovery rate(R_(DMSO))and system operating stability were investigated.The results showed that the use of a single-orifice spray nozzle with an orifice diameter of 5.2 mm effectively prevented pipeline blockage;when the waste PAN solution was diluted to a PAN mass fraction of 15%,an aqueous solution with a DMSO mass fraction of 5%was used as the coagulant,and the extrusion pressure of the solid-liquid separator and the rotational speed of the centrifugal pump were controlled at 0.4 MPa and 1400 r/min,respectively,an R_(DMSO)of 85.5%was achieved with stable system operation;and this recovery process enables efficient recovery of DMSO from waste PAN solutions and stable operation of the recovery system,which is beneficial for subsequent purification and reuse of DMSO.
