摘要
以X工厂为例,采用自动化智能技术进行优化改造设计。改造方案设计从提升自动化、信息化、柔性化等角度提出了系统性优化路径。结果表明,改造方案可全面提升机械制造生产线的生产效率、降低运营成本、提升产品质量。研究成果可为传统机械制造企业向智能化转型提供了切实可行的技术方案。
This study takes Factory X as a case example to implement optimization and transformation design using automation and intelligent technology.The transformation plan design proposes a systematic optimization path from the perspectives of enhancing automation,informatization,and flexibility.Results demonstrate that the transformation plan comprehensively enhances production efficiency,reduces operational costs,and improves product quality.These findings provide a practical technical solution for traditional machinery manufacturers transitioning toward intelligent manufacturing.
