摘要
氢能产业技术密集、覆盖面广、带动效益强,对实现“双碳”目标意义重大,是国家构建新型能源体系、培育新质生产力的重点发展产业。福建省在沿海区位、可再生能源、石化工业基础等方面具备独特的资源禀赋,发展氢能产业潜力巨大。以福建省为例,探讨氢能产业高质量发展路径,研究福建省氢能产业发展现状,分析存在问题,并提出相应对策。
The hydrogen energy industry is technology-intensive,has broad coverage,and generates significant multiplier effects.It plays a crucial role in achieving the“dual carbon”goals and is a key sector for the nation to build a new energy system and cultivate new productive forces.Fujian Province possesses unique resource endowments in terms of its coastal location,renewable energy resources,and petrochemical industrial foundation,endowing it with substantial potential for hydrogen energy development.Taking Fujian as a case study,this paper explores pathways for high-quality development in the hydrogen energy sector.It first examines the current state of Fujian's hydrogen energy industry,then analyzes existing challenges,and finally proposes corresponding countermeasures.
