摘要
针对直升机尾传动轴系振动抑制的需求,提出了一种基于磁流变弹性体(Magnetorheological Elastomer,MRE)作动器的转子轴系振动半主动抑制方法。为分析MRE作动器控制电压对转子轴系动力学特性的影响,建立了该轴系动力学模型,并采用开关控制算法,实现了转子轴系振动的半主动抑制。最后,搭建实验台,完成了基于MRE作动器的转子轴系振动半主动抑制的实验验证。实验结果表明,MRE作动器能够实现转子轴系振动的半主动抑制,可以有效降低转子轴系的过临界振动,轴承附近两个测点的振动抑制效果分别为17.57%和18.22%。
Aiming at the requirement of vibration suppression of helicopter tail drive shafting,a semi-active vibration suppression method of rotor shafting based on the magnetorheological elastomer actuator is proposed.In order to analyze the ability of vibration reduction,a dynamic model of rotor shafting is established,and the influence of MRE actuator control voltage on the dynamic characteristics of rotor shafting is analyzed.The active switch control algorithm is used to realize the semi-active suppression of rotor shafting vibration.Finally,the experimental bench is built to complete the experimental verification of the semi-active vibration suppression of the rotor shafting based on the MRE actuator.The experimental results show that the MRE actuator can realize the semi-active vibration suppression of the rotor shaft-train which can effectively reduce the over-critical vibration of the rotor shafting,vibration suppression levels at two bearing-adjacent measurement points reached 17.57%and 18.22%,respectively.
