基于APS系统锅炉启停自动化控制研究及应用

摘要 针对化工生产中,传统锅炉启停控制方法存在生产效率低、安全风险高等问题,研究应用了锅炉油燃烧器全程APS系统控制技术。应用结果表明,锅炉平均温升速率由160℃/h降至50℃/h,启动时间由300 min降至215 min,压力波动由500 kPa降至200 kPa,油枪投入时间由240 min降至120 min,锅炉启动一次燃油消耗由18.81 t降至13.43 t,降低约28.6%,提高了锅炉的生产效率和运行的安全性,节约了能源。 According to the problems such as low production efficiency and high safety risks existing in the traditional control methods for boiler startup and shutdown in chemical production,APS(Automatic Procedure Starup/Shutdown)system control technology was studied and applied at oil burners of boiler in the whole process.The application results showed that the average temperature rise rate of the boiler was decreased from 160℃/h to 50℃/h,the startup time was decreased from 300 min to 215 min,the pressure fluctuation was dropped from 500 kPa to 200 kPa,and the input time of the oil gun was shortened from 240 min to 120 min.The fuel consumption for a single startup of the boiler was reduced from 18.81 tons to 13.43 tons and a decrease of approximately 28.6%was achieved,which improved the production efficiency and operational safety of the boiler and saved energy.
