摘要
针对鞍钢集团朝阳钢铁有限公司热轧加热炉氮氧化物排放浓度超标、无法稳定达标的问题,结合ASP热轧加热炉的生产实际,制定并应用了低氮燃烧技术。在保持原有烧嘴加热能力不变的基础上,将炉顶平焰烧嘴和下加热可调焰烧嘴改为低氮氧化物环保型燃烧烧嘴,配套实施供热能力配置、燃烧气体流量控制、气氛控制、含氧量监测等技术。应用后,氮氧化物排放浓度由182 mg/m3降至93 mg/m3,节约燃料消耗0.01 GJ/t,不仅减少了污染物排放,还降低能源消耗,达到了节能环保与绿色降碳的目的。
Aiming at the problem that the nitrogen oxide emission concentration of the hot rolling reheating furnace in Chaoyang Iron&Steel Co.,Ltd.of Ansteel Group Cor.,Ltd.exceeded the standard and failed to meet the standard stably,the low-nitrogen combustion technology was formulated and applied combined with the actual production of the ASP hot rolling reheating furnace.On the basis of maintaining the heating capacity of the original burners unchanged,the top flat-flame burners and bottom heating adjustable-flame burners were replaced with low-nitrogen oxide environmental protection burners,and supporting technologies such as heating capacity configuration,combustion gas flow control,atmosphere control,and oxygen content monitoring were implemented.After application,the nitrogen oxide emission concentration was decreased from 182 mg/m³to 93 mg/m³,and the fuel consumption was saved by 0.01 GJ/t.It not only reduced pollutant emissions,but also lowered energy consumption,achieving the goals of energy conservation,environmental protection and green carbon reduction.
