绿色无酸除鳞技术的实验分析及机理研究

摘要 通过系统性实验,对湿式抛丸除鳞后带钢的表面微观形貌、粗糙度、加工硬化程度及磁性等核心参数进行精准检测,实验结果发现带钢表面没有氧化物的残存、钢砂没有嵌入带钢基体,并且除鳞后的带钢表面与未除鳞前的带钢表面状态较为一致,充分证实该技术能够赋予带钢优异的表面质量。此外,基于不同丸粒直径与速度的多元组合,利用有限元仿真对除鳞过程展开深入剖析,揭示了湿式抛丸除鳞的内在机理,发现当钢砂粒径D=0.6mm,抛丸速度v=38.10 m/s时,除鳞效果最优。研究成果为无酸除鳞技术在实际生产中的优化应用提供了重要理论依据与技术指导。 Precise detection was conducted on core parameters such as the surface micromorphology,roughness,work-hardening degree,and magnetism of the strip steel after wet shot blasting descaling through systematic experiments.The results showed that there was no residual oxide on the strip steel surface,and the steel grit was not embeded into the strip steel substrate.Moreover,the surface state of the strip steel after descaling was quite consistent with that before descaling,which fully confirmed that this technology could endow the strip steel with excellent surface quality.In addition,based on the multi-combinations of different shot diameters and velocities,in-depth analysis of the descaling process was carried out using finite element simulation,revealing the internal mechanism of wet shot blasting descaling.The optimal descaling effect was achieved with a steel shot particle size(D)of 0.6 mm and a shot blasting speed(v)of 38.10 m/s.These findings provided important theoretical basis and technical guidance for the optimized application of acid-free descaling technology in actual production.
