摘要
目的 探究可穿戴设备在手部烧伤患者的应用效果,为其进行康复训练提供参考。方法 选取2023年5—12月医院烧伤整形美容科收治的29例手部烧伤患者为对照组,给予常规手康复治疗和护理;2024年3—10月烧伤整形美容科收治的26例手部烧伤患者为观察组,在对照组基础上实施可穿戴设备运动方案以恢复手部功能。采用电子握力计测定手部握力、中文版手部烧伤结局量表判断手部烧伤结局、用康复运动依从性评价工具判断康复训练依从性。比较两组患者干预前及干预3个月后手部握力、手部烧伤结局,比较两组患者干预3个月后康复运动依从性。结果 干预前,两组患者的手部握力评分、手部烧伤结局得分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预3个月后,观察组手部烧伤患者的手部握力、手部烧伤结局评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者康复运动依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 可穿戴设备有助于改善手部烧伤患者的手部握力,恢复预后结局,提升康复运动依从性,在患者的康复治疗中具有重要的应用价值。
Objective To explore the application effects of wearable devices in patients with hand burns,providing a reference for the rehabilitation training of these patients.Methods A total of 29 hand burn patients admitted to the Department of Burns,Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery of the hospital from May to December 2023 were selected as the control group,receiving routine hand rehabilitation treatment and care.Another 26 hand burn patients admitted to the same department from March to October 2024 were selected as the observation group.In addition to the routine treatment and care given to the control group,the observation group received a multimodal exercise program under the intervention of wearable technology to restore hand function.Hand grip strength was assessed using electronic grip strength meter,hand burn outcomes were evaluated using the Chinese version of the Hand Burn Outcome Scale,and rehabilitation exercise adherence was assessed using a rehabilitation exercise adherence assessment tool.The two groups were compared in terms of the hand grip strength and hand burn outcomes before and after 3 months of intervention,and the two groups were compared of the rehabilitation exercise adherence after 3 months of intervention.Results Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the hand grip strength and hand burn outcome scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After 3 months of intervention,the hand grip strength and hand burn outcome scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The rehabilitation exercise adherence in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Wearable devices can help improve hand grip strength,recovery outcomes,and rehabilitation exercise adherence in hand burns patients.Wearable devices has important application value in the rehabilitation treatment of hand burns patients.
