摘要
B细胞是人体最重要的免疫细胞之一,由于不同细胞亚群的异质性,B细胞既能促进机体炎症反应,也能调节免疫应答,在慢性呼吸系统疾病的发生发展中起重要作用。本文综述了B细胞在哮喘、慢性阻塞性肺疾病及特发性肺间质纤维化三种常见慢性呼吸道炎症性疾病中作用的最新研究进展,为研究B细胞在慢性呼吸系统疾病发病机制中的作用,并探索B细胞靶向治疗作为潜在治疗策略提供重要依据。
B cells are one of the most important immune cells in the human body,and play an important role in development of chronic respiratory diseases due to the heterogeneity of different cell subpopulations,which can both promote the body's inflammatory response and regulate the immune response.This review presents the latest research progress of B cells in three common chronic respiratory inflammatory diseases,namely asthma,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,and idiopathic interstitial fibrosis,to provide an important basis for investigating the role of B cells in pathogenesis of chronic respiratory diseases and exploring B-cell-targeted therapies as a potential therapeutic strategy.
