摘要
总结郑州大学医学院为临床医学三年级本科生开设的叙事医学选修课的三年教学实践,分析其在教学目标、内容设置与考核方式的特点;并重点从外科医生培养的需求出发,反思课程存在的不足。现行课程在提升学生共情能力与人文关怀意识方面取得初步成效,但在与外科典型临床场景的结合、发挥外科教师的叙事示范作用,以及对外科叙事能力的有效评价等仍存在不足。未来课程改革应围绕“外科叙事”核心,构建案例库、融合情景模拟与导师制,并引入迷你临床演练评估等工具,以实现叙事教育与外科实践的深度融合。
This paper summarizes the three-year teaching practice of the Narrative Medicine elective course for third-year undergraduate students in clinical medicine at Zhengzhou University School of Medicine,analyzing its characteristics in teaching objectives,content design,and assessment methods.It also reflects on the shortcomings of the course from the perspective of the needs for training surgeons.The current course has achieved preliminary success in enhancing students'empathy and awareness of humanistic care,but there are still deficiencies in integrating it with typical surgical clinical scenarios,leveraging the narrative demonstration role of surgical instructors,and effectively evaluating surgical narrative skills.Future curriculum reforms should focus on the core concept of“surgical narrative,”establishing a case library,integrating scenario simulation with mentorship systems,and introducing tools such as mini-clinical practice assessments to achieve deep integration of narrative education and surgical practice.
