摘要
电力数据凭借其独特价值在服务经济社会高质量发展中作用重大。当前电力大数据在助力实体经济创新发展、赋能金融服务、助力绿色发展、优化社会治理和促进共同富裕等方面取得积极进展。但同时也面临数据质量欠佳、存在数据安全与隐私隐患、数据技术与人才匮乏、数据管理协调不畅、开放共享受阻、开发应用不足和法律法规不完善等挑战。为此,需要进一步提升电力产业数字化智能化水平;通过提升数据质量、强化安全隐私保护、促进数据共享合作、引进和培养专业人才,加强电力大数据治理;大力拓展电力大数据的应用领域,充分释放电力大数据的潜在价值。
Electric power data plays a significant role in serving the high-quality development of the economy and society due to its unique value.At present,there is positive progress in power big data's promoting innovative development of real economy,empowering financial services,facilitating green development,social governance and common prosperity.However,there are many challenges such as poor data quality,potential data security and privacy risks,a shortage of data technology and talents,poor coordination in data management,obstacles in open sharing,insufficient development and appli—cation,and incomplete laws and regulations.Therefore,it is necessary to further enhance the digitalization and intelligence level of the power industry.The governance of power big data is suggested to be strengthened by enhancing data quality,strengthening security and privacy protection,promoting data sharing and cooperation,and introducing and cultivating professional talents.The application fields of power big data should be expanded so that its full potential value will be fully released.
