摘要
绝经后骨质疏松症(PMOP)是一种以进展性全身骨量丢失、骨强度下降、骨微结构破坏为病理特征的全身性代谢疾病,属中医“痿证”范畴。现代研究表明,绝经后骨代谢紊乱常伴随线粒体能量代谢及膏脂转输障碍,而中医学则认为PMOP的发病多从肾论治。
Postmenopausal osteoporosis(PMOP)is a systemic metabolic disease characterized by progressive loss of bone mass,decreased bone strength,and destruction of bone microstructure.In traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),it is classified under the category of“flaccidity syndrome”.Modern research indicates that bone metabolic disorders in postmenopausal women are often accompanied by abnormalities in mitochondrial energy metabolism and lipid transfer,while TCM considers that the pathogenesis of PMOP is primarily related to the kidney and should be treated accordingly.
