摘要
为系统了解我国防震减灾法治研究现状,分析当前发展趋势和存在的问题,基于CNKI数据库,从文献情况、作者情况、研究主题等3个方面,对1998—2024年的143篇相关文献开展了计量分析。分析发现:我国防震减灾法治研究仍然存在着总体规模较小、研究结构不完整、社会合作不足、研究队伍薄弱等问题,并基于此提出了加强防震减灾法治宣传力度、打造法治研究核心团队、丰富法治研究宣传载体、扩大法治工作队伍等工作建议。
In order to systematically understand the current status of legal research on earthquake prevention and disaster reduction in China,analyze the current development trends and existing problems,based on the CNKI database,a quantitative analysis was conducted on 143 relevant literature from 1998 to 2024 from three aspects:literature situation,author situation,and research theme.The study found that there are still problems in the overall scale,incomplete research structure,insufficient social cooperation,and weak research team of legal research on earthquake prevention and disaster reduction in China.Based on this,the following recommendations were proposed:enhancing legal awareness efforts in earthquake prevention and disaster mitigation,building a core team for legal research,diversifying platforms for legal research and publicity,and expanding the workforce dedicated to legal affairs.
