摘要
以前期实践为基础展开调研,探索云南防震减灾科普“六进”的有效途径。分析认为:制作内容简要有趣的宣传折页、规范易懂的地震应急避险宣教片、实用美观的文创、具有民族特色的科普作品、开展科普讲座、现场答疑、利用融媒体将科普作品广泛传播等是目前较为有效的宣传手段。同时提出几点思考:针对云南这种地震多发省份,民众最关心的始终是生命财产安全问题,树立预案意识、熟知地震应急流程、掌握避险疏散动作要点仍是目前防震减灾科普的重点,同时也不能忽略民众对科学知识需求的日益增长,逐步实现分层分类、精准施策。此外,深入挖掘创作民众喜爱的科普作品、建立健全作品的评价机制是使科普宣传具备持久生命力的必要条件。
Based on the previous practice,conduct research to explore effective ways for the"Six Enters"of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction science popularization in Yunnan.Analysis suggests that creating concise and interesting promotional brochures,standardized and easy-to-understand earthquake emergency avoidance educational films,practical and aesthetically pleasing cultural and creative products,popular science works with ethnic characteristics,holding popular science lectures and on-site Q&A sessions,and widely disseminating popular science works through new media are currently relatively effective publicity methods.At the same time,several thoughts are put forward:For provinces like Yunnan that are prone to earthquakes,the issue that the public is most concerned about is always the safety of life and property.Establishing a sense of contingency plans,being familiar with the earthquake emergency procedures,and mastering the key points of evacuation and avoidance actions remain the focus of current earthquake prevention and disaster reduction science popularization.At the same time,the increasing demand for scientific knowledge among the public should be forgotten.Gradually achieve stratified and classified,and precise policy implementation.In addition,delving deeply into creating popular science works that the public loves and establishing and improving the evaluation mechanism for such works are necessary conditions for ensuring that popular science publicity has a lasting vitality.
