HXD3系列机车辅助电路接地检测装置研究与应用

摘要 随着铁路运输安全需求的不断提升,机车辅助电路接地故障的快速定位与处理成为保障行车安全的关键问题。本文针对HXD3系列机车辅助电路接地故障频发、人工排查效率低的问题,提出了一种基于零序电流检测技术的非接触式接地检测装置。该装置通过实时监测10路负载电流矢量和,结合嵌入式计算机技术与自检校验电路,实现了接地故障的精准定位、自动报警及历史数据存储功能。装置采用模块化设计,符合IP64防护等级,满足机车复杂环境下的稳定性要求。现场测试表明,该系统误报率低于1%,故障响应时间小于1秒,显著提升了机车运行安全性与维护效率。本文从系统设计、技术实现、创新性等方面展开分析,为铁路机车智能化运维提供了重要参考。 With the continuous improvement of the safety requirements for railway transportation,the rapid location and handling of grounding faults in the locomotive auxiliary circuit have become key issues in ensuring driving safety.Aiming at the problems of frequent grounding faults in the auxiliary circuit of HXD3 series locomotives and low efficiency of manual troubleshooting,this paper proposes a non-contact grounding detection device based on zero-sequence current detection technology.The device realizes the functions of precise location of grounding faults,automatic alarm and historical data storage by real-time monitoring the vector sum of 10-circuit load currents,combined with embedded computer technology and self-checking and calibration circuits.The device adopts a modular design,meets the IP64 protection level,and can meet the stability requirements in the complex environment of locomotives.Field tests show that the false alarm rate of this system is less than 1%,and the fault response time is less than 1 second,which significantly improves the operational safety of locomotives and the maintenance efficiency.This paper analyzes the system from aspects such as system design,technical implementation,and innovation,providing an important reference for the intelligent operation and maintenance of railway locomotives.
