摘要
在档案数智化转型与数据要素化资产化加速推进的背景下,档案范式与数据实践的关系成为备受关注和亟须厘清的重要议题。通过对国外档案界学术观点的梳理与分析,全面呈现档案范式与数据实践互动的整体图景并提出对我国档案学研究的启示。国外研究主要聚焦数据实践与档案范式的双向影响以及档案范式的变革发展路径,其中数据实践对档案范式的影响体现在推动档案管理技术革新、档案人员能力焕新、档案范式扩容更新、带给档案实践多重挑战四方面;档案范式对数据实践的影响体现在档案对数据实践的贡献、档案管理对数据实践的助力、档案原则对数据实践的启发三方面;档案范式变革与发展的路径包括重新思考档案概念与核心原则、促进档案流程融入数字业务与技术、建立回应现代社会需求的档案机构、加强档案领域的跨学科合作四方面。国外研究启发未来我国的档案学研究应加强聚焦档案范式重构的档案学基础理论研究,并将构建中国档案学自主知识体系作为档案强国建设的重要标识。
In the context of the acceleration for archival digital transformation and data assets actions,the relationship between archival paradigm and data practice has become an important topic that has attracted much attention and needs to be clarified.Through a comprehensive review of foreign literature in archival field,this paper presents the whole landscape of the interaction between archival paradigm and data practice,and analyzes the implications for the development of Chinese archival science.The study found that the impact of data practice on the archive paradigm included promoting the technological innovation of archives management,improving archivists'capabilities,driving the expansion and updating of archives paradigm,and bringing multiple challenges to archives practice.The influence of archive paradigm on data practice included the contribution of archives to data practice,the assistance of archive management to data practice,and the inspiration of archive principles to data practice.The path of development and reconstruction archival paradigm included rethinking the concept and core principles of archives,integrating of archives processes into digital services and technologies,establishing archives institutions that respond to the needs of modern society,and strengthening interdisciplinary cooperation.Foreign research enlightens that it's necessary for China to strengthen the fundamental research of archival science and accelerate the construction of China's autonomous knowledge system for archival science.
