基于精益管理的油田企业物资供应链转型实践

摘要 在国家能源安全新战略指引下,油田企业推进供应链现代化转型日益迫切。以某大型油田企业为例,运用精益管理思想,通过构建更加精益高效的组织架构,配套更科学优化的制度矩阵与业务流程,在采购实施、价格管理、仓储配送、质量管控等业务领域推行全闭环精益管理,并借助数智化手段赋能供应链管理转型升级,旨在为同类油田企业供应链转型与高质量发展提供实践参考。 Under the guidance of the new national energy security strategy,it is increasingly urgent for oilfield enterprises to promote the modernization of supply chain.Taking a large oilfield enterprise as an example,this article elaborates on the application of lean management principles.By establishing a leaner and more efficient organizational structure,supporting it with a scientifically optimized system matrix and business processes,implementing closedloop lean management across such as procurement execution,price management,warehousing and distribution,and quality control,and empowering the transformation and upgrading of procurement and supply chain management with digital and intelligent technologies.The methods and pathways of lean supply chain management presented herein provide practical reference for promoting the transformation and upgrading of supply chains in oilfield enterprises and supporting high-quality development.
