摘要
疫苗卫生经济学评价是将卫生经济学的理论和方法应用于疫苗和预防接种领域。通过疫苗卫生经济学评价,可对比预防接种的经济成本与健康产出,为疫苗选型、接种程序制定、免疫规划决策等提供经济学证据,促进卫生资源优化配置,研究疫苗的价值及其成本效益。本文就国内外关于疫苗卫生经济学评价的方法学进展进行综述。
The evaluation of vaccine health economics is to apply the theories and methods of health economics to the field of vaccines and vaccination.Through the evaluation of vaccine health economics,the economic costs and health outputs of vaccination can be compared,providing economic evidence for vaccine selection,vaccination procedures,and immunization planning decisions.This process promotes the optimal allocation of health resources,and the studies of the value and cost-effectiveness of vaccines.This article reviews the methodological progress of vaccine health economic evaluation at home and abroad.
