水解酸化法预处理污泥水热碳化压滤液

Pretreatment of Sludge Hydrothermal Carbonization Filtrate Wastewater Using Hydrolytic Acidification Method

摘要 以污泥水热碳化压滤液为研究对象,开展水解酸化预处理实验,通过控制pH、温度、水力停留时间(HRT)等运行参数,系统评估水解酸化预处理对其COD、挥发性脂肪酸(VFAs)及氮形态的影响。结果表明:水解酸化对污泥水热碳化压滤液有较好的预处理效果,能有效将污泥水热碳化压滤液中DON转化为NH_(4)^(+),并将大分子有机物转化为小分子酸。水解酸化反应器中VFAs积累率主要受温度和HRT的影响,DON的转化主要受HRT和pH的影响,温度虽影响处理效率,但是对最终处理效果影响不大。考虑运行成本,宜控制反应器pH为6.0~6.5,反应温度为30℃,HRT为16 h。在上述条件下,污泥水热碳化压滤液COD的去除率平均值约为6.5%,VFAs积累率平均值为86.95%,DON去除率平均值约为72.19%,去除的这部分DON约82%转化为NH_(4)^(+)。 Hydrolytic acidification pretreatment experiment was carried out with sludge hydrothermal carbonization filtrate as the research object.By controlling operational parameters such as hydraulic retention time(HRT),pH,and temperature,effects of hydrolytic acidification pretreatment on COD,volatile fatty acids(VFAs),and nitrogen forms were systematically evaluated.The results indicated that hydrolytic acidification had favorable pretreatment effect on the hydrothermal carbonization filtrate wastewater,effectively converting dissolved organic nitrogen(DON)in the liquid into NH_(4)^(+)and transforming macromolecular organic matter into small molecular acids.The accumulation rate of VFAs in the hydrolytic acidification reactor was primarily influenced by temperature and HRT,while the conversion of DON was mainly affected by HRT and pH.The temperature affected the treatment efficiency,but had little effect on the final treatment effect.Considering operational costs,it was recommended to control the reactor at a pH of 6.0~6.5,a temperature of 30℃,and an HRT of 16 h.Under these conditions,the average COD removal rate was approximately 6.5%,the average VFAs accumulation rate was 86.95%,and the average DON removal rate was about 72.19%.Approximately 82%of the removed DON was converted into NH_(4)^(+).
