基于CT探测成像的烟支中梗签形态识别及参数分析方法

摘要 为了解决传统人工检测过程中对烟支中梗签形态识别及参数分析的主观性强、劳动强度大及检测方法单一的问题,提出了一种基于计算机断层扫描(CT)探测成像技术的检测方法。通过采用滤波反投影法进行三维重构,结合灰度阈值分割和连通区域分析,对烟支中梗签的长度、体积、数量等参数进行测量,以实现梗签的高效识别及参数分析。结果表明:①针对Q牌号卷烟烟支的检测中,CT探测成像法在烟支中梗签长度测量结果的RSD<1.00%,梗签长度测量结果的平均绝对误差为0.15 mm,梗签空间位置检测结果的RSD<5.00%,具有较高的精度及良好的重复性;②针对P、L、Y牌号卷烟烟支的检测中,梗签数量和形态识别检测的准确率均为100%,具有良好的重复性和一致性。该研究为烟支中梗签的形态识别及参数分析提供了一种新的无损检测技术手段。 To address the issues of strong subjectivity,high labor intensity and limited detection methods of morphological identification and parameter analysis of tobacco stems in cigarette rods by traditional manual detection,a method based on computed tomography(CT)detection and imaging technology was proposed and evaluated for this purpose.By employing the filtered back projection method for three-dimensional reconstruction and conducting gray threshold segmentation and connected component data treatments,key stem parameters such as the length,volume and quantity inside cigarette rods were deduced accurately and efficiently.The results showed that:1)CT imaging for Q brand cigarette detection achieved a RSD less than 1.00%with an mean absolute error of 0.15 mm for stem length,while a RSD less than 5.00%for spatial position detection,demonstrating high accuracy and excellent repeatability.2)For P,L and Y brand cigarettes,the accuracy rates for both stem quantity and morphology identification reached near 100%,demonstrating excellent repeatability and consistency.This study provides a novel non-destructive testing technique for morphology identification and parameter analysis of tobacco stems in cigarettes.
