公路桥梁环氧树脂基快速修复裂缝材料黏结性能影响因素分析

Analysis of Influencing Factors on the Bonding Performance of Epoxy Resin-Based Rapid Crack Repair Materials for Highway Bridges

摘要 为研究环氧树脂基裂缝修复材料在盐腐蚀环境下的黏结性能与耐久性,通过制备不同硅灰掺量复合材料,采用干湿循环腐蚀试验深入分析硅灰掺量对快速修补材料质量损失率、动弹性模量、抗压强度与劈裂抗拉强度的影响规律。结果表明:随着硅灰掺量的提高,材料力学性能总体增强,但耐腐蚀性呈先升后降趋势;掺量为40%~60%时综合性能最优,抗压强度达25.44~27.37 MPa,动弹性模量维持在6.24×10^(4)~6.32×10^(4)GPa。综上,适量硅灰可有效提升修复材料的界面黏结性与环境耐久性,适用于公路桥梁混凝土裂缝的快速修复工程。 To study the bonding performance and durability of epoxy resin-based crack repair materials in salt corrosion environments,composite materials with different silica fume contents were prepared,and the effects of silica fume content on the mass loss rate,dynamic elastic modulus,compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of rapid repair materials were deeply analyzed through dry-wet cyclic corrosion tests.The results show that with the increase of silica fume content,the mechanical properties of the material are generally enhanced,but the corrosion resistance shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.The comprehensive performance is optimal when the content ranges from 40% to 60%,with the compressive strength reaching 25.44 MPa to 27.37 MPa and the dynamic elastic modulus maintained at 6.24×10^(4) GPa to 6.32×10^(4) GPa.In conclusion,an appropriate amount of silica fume can effectively enhance the interfacial adhesion and environmental durability of repair materials,and is suitable for rapid repair projects of concrete cracks in highway bridges.
