摘要
文章针对传统梳棉机的锡林异步电机驱动系统存在能耗高、效率低、维护复杂等问题,提出运用锡林直驱电机替代传统的异步电机。通过理论分析直驱电机驱动锡林轴的优势,并结合JWF1217型梳棉机进行实际应用。实验结果表明:应用锡林直驱电机后,JWF1217型梳棉机节能效果显著提升。数据显示,锡林直驱电机吨耗降低了7%左右,并且消除了辅助传动的摩擦损耗,机械结构简化,减少了维护需求。本研究验证了锡林直驱电机技术的可行性,对推动行业绿色低碳发展具有重要意义。
The cylinder asynchronous motor drive system for traditional carding machines had problems such as high energy consumption,low efficiency and complex maintenance.In this paper,the cylinder direct driver was proposed to replace the traditional asynchronous motor.The advantages of direct driver driving the cylinder shaft were analyzed theoretically,and combined with JWF1217 carding machine for practical application.The experimental results showed that the energy-saving effect of JWF1217 carding machine was significantly improved after the application of cylinder direct driver.The measured data showed that the tonnage consumption of direct driver cylinder was reduced by about 7%,and the friction loss of auxiliary transmission was eliminated,the mechanical structure was simplified,and the maintenance requirement was reduced.This study verifies the feasibility of cylinder direct driver technology,which is of great significance to promoted the green and low-carbon development of the industry.
