摘要
工业互联网平台作为重要的技术载体,赋能制造企业及其供应链,进而提升合作绩效。本文在梳理工业互联网平台和供应链合作绩效相关文献的基础上,基于供应链治理与动态能力理论提出契约治理、关系治理、互动、整合、数字化能力等因素对供应链合作绩效的影响,并对比传统模式与工业互联网平台下的供应链,探究这些因素对供应链合作绩效的影响机制,以期为工业互联网平台下的企业提升供应链合作绩效提供实践启示。
As a crucial technological carrier,industrial internet platforms empower manufacturing enterprises and their supply chains,thereby enhancing collaboration performance.Building on a review of the literature on industrial internet platforms and supply chain collaboration performance,this study draws on supply chain governance and dynamic capability theories to examine the impact of factors such as contractual governance,relational governance,interaction,integration,and digital capabilities on supply chain collaboration performance.By comparing traditional supply chain models with those under industrial internet platforms,the study explores the mechanisms through which these factors influence collaboration outcomes,aiming to provide practical guidance for enterprises to improve supply chain performance in the context of industrial internet platforms.
