“阳光体育+特色竞赛”双轮驱动模式在高职公共体育课程中的实践探索

摘要 高职院校公共体育课程在学生参与度和体质提升方面存在一定局限,单一的课堂教学难以充分激发学生运动兴趣与积极性。本文以“阳光体育+特色竞赛”双轮驱动模式为切入,探索其在高职公共体育课程中的应用路径。通过课程内容优化、课外锻炼安排及特色竞赛体系设计,形成课堂教学与课外活动联动、兴趣激发与体质提升并重的综合模式,并结合教学管理与组织保障针对性的提出优化策略,为模式推广和课程创新提供理论参考。 Public physical education courses in higher vocational colleges face limitations in student engagement and physical fitness improvement,and traditional classroom teaching alone often fails to fully stimulate students'interest and initiative in sports.This paper explores the application of the"Sunshine Sports+Featured Competitions"dual-drive model in higher vocational public physical education courses.By optimizing course content,arranging extracurricular exercise,and designing a featured competition system,a comprehensive model is formed that integrates classroom teaching with extracurricular activities while simultaneously promoting interest and physical fitness.Combined with targeted strategies for teaching management and organizational support,this approach provides theoretical guidance for promoting the model and innovating physical education courses.
