基于Orange3的大学生数学建模教学改革探索与实践

摘要 随着人工智能技术的快速普及,大学生数学建模竞赛中数据分析与机器学习类题目占比逐年提升,传统建模教学模式中专业语言学习成本高、算法实践门槛高的问题日益凸显。本文结合Orange3可视化数据分析工具的功能优势,从教学痛点、工具适配性、教改路径等方面展开研究,提出基于Orange3的数学建模教学改革方案,旨在降低非数学与计算机专业学生的学习门槛,提升建模效率与算法实践能力,为高校数学建模教学提质增效提供新思路。 With the rapid proliferation of artificial intelligence technology,the proportion of data analysis and machine learning topics in college mathematical modeling competitions has been increasing year by year.In the traditional modeling teaching mode,issues such as the high learning cost of specialized languages and the elevated barriers to algorithm practice have become increasingly prominent.Leveraging the functional advantages of the Orange3 visual data analysis tool,this paper conducts research from perspectives including teaching pain points,tool adaptability,and educational reform pathways.It proposes a mathematical modeling teaching reform scheme based on Orange3,aiming to lower the learning threshold for non-mathematics and non-computer science students,enhance modeling efficiency and algorithm practice capabilities,and provide new insights for improving the quality and effectiveness of mathematical modeling education in higher education institutions.
