一种新型腿轮式特种车辆行进机构设计与研究

Design and research of a novel leg-wheel traveling mechanism for special vehicles

摘要 近年来关于航天、军事等领域中特种车辆的研究日益丰富,特种车辆的活动环境通常遍布山地和沙漠。为突破传统圆轮行进机构在山地中运行的局限,助力特种车辆探索、穿越更广袤的地区,设计了一种新型腿轮式特种车辆行进机构。将圆轮分为数段弧形轮,每段弧形轮由装有减震弹簧的辐条连接至轮毂。相互独立的弧形轮配合减震弹簧可使特种车辆发挥出更好的减震和越障性能。开展腿轮车越障过程的力学分析,得到了其越障性能规律;对比分析腿轮车和传统圆轮车的越障力学模型,论证了腿轮的越障性能优越性,仿真试验结果也验证了该结论。仿真试验结果还说明减震弹簧具有提升车辆运行稳定性的作用。 Recently special vehicles are an exploration hotspot in the military and aerospace sphere,whose range of activity is spread throughout mountains and deserts.In order to break through the limitations of traditional roller travel mechanisms in mountainous areas,allowing special vehicles to explore broader regions,a novel leg-wheel type special vehicles travel mechanism is designed.Dividing the round wheel into several segments of curved wheels,each segment of which is connected to the wheel hub by spokes equipped with a damping mechanism.The independent curved wheels combined with shock absorption mechanisms allow the vehicle to perform better in shock absorption and obstacle crossing.Conducting mechanical analysis of the vehicle with leg-wheels during obstacle crossing,its obstacle crossing performance laws are obtained.By comparing and analyzing the obstacle crossing process of leg-wheels and traditional roller vehicles,the superiority of leg-wheel in obstacle crossing is demonstrated,which is also verified through operational simulation comparative experiments.Through simulation experiments,it is further verified that the shock absorption mechanism can improve the operational stability of the vehicle.
