摘要
本文综述了针灸治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)的研究进展,探讨了其作用机制和临床应用效果。NAFLD是一种常见的慢性肝病,当前在全球患病率呈上升的趋势,对患者生活质量和预期寿命造成了很大的影响。针灸作为中医学的重要治疗手段之一,近年来在代谢性疾病的管理中显示出潜力。本文从现代医学认识和中医理论基础出发,阐述了针灸治疗NAFLD的理论基础,并综述了针灸在调节代谢功能、抗炎作用、抗氧化作用以及调节肠道菌群等方面的作用机制研究。此外,针灸治疗NAFLD的临床应用常用穴位和联合治疗策略也得到了探讨。综合而言,针灸治疗NAFLD具有多靶点、多途径的综合调节作用,为其在临床应用中提供了理论依据和实验支持。
This article reviews the research progress in acupuncture treatment for non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD),exploring its mechanisms of action and clinical effect.NAFLD is a prevalent chronic liver condition with increasing global prevalence,significantly impacting patients'quality of life and life expectancy.As a fundamental therapeutic approach in traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture has recently demonstrated potential in managing metabolic disorders.Based on both modern medical understanding and traditional Chinese medicine theoretical foundations,this article elucidates the theoretical basis for acupuncture in NAFLD treatment and synthesizes current research on its mechanisms,including metabolic regulation,anti-inflammatory effects,antioxidant properties,and gut microbiota modulation.Furthermore,it examines commonly used acupoints and combination therapy strategies in clinical practice.The collective evidence suggests that acupuncture exerts comprehensive regulatory effects on NAFLD through multiple targets and pathways,providing both theoretical rationale and experimental support for its clinical application.
