摘要
ZJ118型卷烟机机组平准盘总成的原始设计原因,该部位分别部署总成后部的传动连接装置、进出油管、进出气管,人员在对该部位进行设备维护时存在着“操作空间狭小人员行动不方便”“总成重量较大起吊过程易造成安全事件”“装配依靠手动耗时较长影响设备有效作用率”等缺陷。为此,设计一种专用装配工装,用于精准定位与导向机构确保平准盘总成在装配时减小位置误差,避免因错位导致的设备磨损或性能下降,配优化装配流程方法,减少动作幅度并缩短装配时间,使维护人员能在狭小空间内操作,提高装配效率,强化产品质量控制。安全可靠通过多重防护机制保障,包括自锁式夹紧机构和过载保护装置,防止总成在起吊过程中意外滑落或受力不均,降低安全风险。
Due to the original design of the trimmer disc assembly on the ZJ118 cigarette making machine—where the rear section houses the drive coupling,hydraulic oil lines,and pneumatic air lines—maintenance personnel face several challenges:(1)limited operating space restricting movement,(2)high assembly weight increasing the risk of accidents during lifting,and(3)time-consuming manual assembly that reduces equipment operational efficiency.To address these issues,a specialized assembly fixture has been developed.It incorporates precise positioning and guidance mechanisms to minimize alignment errors during installation,thereby preventing equipment wear or performance degradation caused by misalignment.Additionally,the optimized assembly procedure reduces operator motion range and shortens assembly time,enabling efficient maintenance even in confined spaces,thus improving both assembly efficiency and product quality control.Safety and reliability are ensured through multiple protective mechanisms,including a self-locking clamping system and an overload protection device,which prevent accidental dropping or uneven load distribution during lifting,significantly reducing safety risks.
