基于频谱分析的干熄焦循环风机故障预警

摘要 循环风机是干熄焦系统中的关键设备,传统定期运维方式易导致过修或欠修,因此实时监测其潜在故障并实现预警具有重要意义。基于频谱分析理论,结合相关软件工具,对干熄焦循环风机电机的波形信号展开详细分析,实现了电机轴承内圈故障的精准定位,从而准确反映其健康状态与劣化趋势。实践表明,对循环风机进行机械故障预警能够有效指导现场运维,显著提升系统运行的可靠性与整体性能。 The circulation fan is a key equipment in the dry quenching system.Traditional periodic maintenance methods are prone to over-maintenance or under-maintenance.Therefore,realtime monitoring of its potential faults and achieving early warning is of great significance.Based on spectrum analysis theory and combined with relevant software tools,a detailed analysis of the waveform signals from the dry quenching circulation fan motor was conducted.This enabled precise localization of faults in the motor bearing inner ring,accurately reflecting its health status and degradation trend.Practice shows that mechanical fault early warning for the circulation fan can effectively guide on-site maintenance,significantly improving system operational reliability and overall performance.
